Contribute to facilitating the access of citizens of the city of Mohammedia, especially in popular neighborhoods, to the means of individual and collective creativity (cultural democracy) with the aim of promoting the diversity of cultural expressions and forms of participation in local cultural life.

The HAWASS Association was founded by a group of young people from MOHAMMEDIA in 2009 in Morocco convinced that culture is an essential lever for the development of society. The integration of culture into development policies is the goal of the work carried out by Hawass, development is cross-cutting and encompasses all sectors. As well as the culture that affects the different aspects of the lives of individuals and groups in their political, economic and social dimensions, because it can not only be a guarantor of freedom of expression, creativity, equality between individuals, and the rights of artists, and derives from the universality of human rights.
